Internship at Clarity (@itsclarityco)

This was the very first script I tried to write for Men, Explain and my colleagues helped to tweak it after. Being able to see how the content I write play out in person and how it translates to a podcast allowed me to gain better understanding of how to craft questions that better assist the content.

This was the first script I wrote for Hush Podcast and a piece that I could really see my own hand in. I suggested the guests for this episode as well as the segment where the producers share personal life experiences to add a more realistic take on the topic. I got to help direct this episode, and even give feedback for the edits. The work for this also extended to editing teasers for both episodes. I am thankful to the hosts for carrying the conversation well and bringing interesting  insights into the episode, and for the opportunity to try something on my own.

I wrote the information and content for this episode on puberty in teens where I learned to differentiate writing for podcast content and for infotainment. I learnt to repackage information researched on to be more digestible for the younger audience, while keeping it factual and engaging.
